– Do We Humans Truly End with Death? –
In this final chapter, the author asks: What is true kindness? They answer that genuine kindness is not about pleasing others in the visible world, but about turning inward, looking steadily at the many selves that live within us, accepting them, and sending them gentle, tender thoughts. Meditation is described as the primary means of doing this. Through meditation we come to know ourselves, and we begin to feel how long we have waited for this moment and how deeply our hearts have yearned to hear the truth from within.
The author stresses that having a physical body right now is “your one and only salvation.” Without a body, we sink into the depths of suffering, unable to convey truth to ourselves. Precisely because we suffered without form, countless past lives desperately sought the chance to receive a body again. Thus the present lifetime, and the limited span of time in which we possess a body, must be used to study ourselves and to recover the warmth and kindness that were always in our hearts.
They then link this inner work to the “flow of consciousness,” which they equate with dimensional transition. Humanity has been granted roughly 300 years of remaining time, but the author says this is in fact very little, because changing from a body-centered view to a consciousness-centered one is extraordinarily difficult. Humans who have proudly relied on intellect and turned their hearts toward “black power” will face great upheavals—large-scale natural disasters and the collapse of systems—in order to be confronted with their own foolishness.
Yet the message is not despairing. The author repeatedly says: Let those who notice in their hearts begin. As we carefully observe our own foolishness, more and more joy wells up, because we realize that we were never truly living in a world of suffering but originally belonged to a world overflowing with joy. Various outer phenomena, including painful events, are reframed as help: they push us to send gentle, warm, joyful thoughts to the parts of ourselves that have sunk into darkness, and they open a path in front of us toward truth.
We are told not to struggle anxiously to “throw away” our attachment to the physical. Instead, once we awaken to the truth within, the heart naturally becomes lighter, and at the same time more solid and unshakable, supported by a joy and happiness that nothing can influence from the outside. This is the heart that quietly and freely expands without limit in a warm, embracing energy.
The author also discusses “black energy,” which must change in quality in order to merge with the original, all-embracing warmth. To do that, we must first realize that we ourselves are energy, and that the energy now flowing from us is black. In earlier seminars, this was made vivid through so-called “darkness-outpouring phenomena,” where people directly experienced the harshness of their own energy. However, the author insists that even those who never participated in such events are not disadvantaged: what matters is the turning point at which each person chooses to face themselves head-on, and that turning point will come fairly to everyone, through the great transformations and “broadcast” of cataclysms that lie ahead.
The chapter closes by encouraging readers to keep looking at their hearts, to meditate joyfully toward the universe, and to walk this path together. The world of consciousness, the author says, is completely honest: to the extent that we trust Tomekichi Taike and Albert, that much love will flow. Precisely because it is so honest, this inner world is a source of profound happiness.
