Have you come to understand
what it truly means to be gentle?
True gentleness means being able to look at yourself.
Not the "you" of the physical body, but the many selves within you.
Through meditation, please come to feel this for yourself.
True gentleness
is to look at yourself,
accept yourself,
and keep sending gentle, gentle thoughts
into your own heart.
To receive one physical body, to feel that countless consciousnesses within you are waiting for that gentleness, and to firmly establish that gentleness within yourself— this is an important purpose of meditation.
Meditation is the work of getting to know yourself.
As you come to know yourself, you will feel in your heart how deeply, how long you have been waiting for this very time.
You will feel that you received this one physical body so that you could convey the gentleness and warmth that lay dormant in your heart back to yourself.
The simple fact that you are now here, existing with a body, is your one and only salvation.
Without a body, you could never convey what is truly real back to yourself.
This is something you will prove for yourself within your own heart.
During the time you did not have a body, you must have been sunk in the depths of suffering.
That is why your many past lives have earnestly longed for a body, for the form called "flesh."
Your many future lives as well have that same longing.
Please, in this present moment, let your heart feel all those thoughts.
The flow of consciousness points toward the dimensional shift.
With the dimensional shift as its great task, the flow of consciousness is moving on a grand scale.
Within that, a span of 300 years has been granted.
Even if you go on pursuing the joys and happiness of the physical, you have at most 300 years.
Within that limited time,
each of us will be confronted
with the path we choose—
what will become of our existence?
That is what these 300 years will be.
For humankind on Earth, it is fair to say that hardly any time is left.
That is how difficult it is to turn from the physical to consciousness.
Humankind, so proud of its intellect, is in truth the most foolish of all beings.
When and where will these foolish selves finally realize this?
We will need time from here on.
Through great cataclysms, we will come to see our own foolishness.
We are the humankind that has prided itself on intellect, and that has turned its heart toward Black power.
We will live through the time when all of this collapses.
The coming age will truly be a difficult time.
For the universe to change means exactly that.
Let those who have awakened in their hearts begin.
Let us steadily, steadily look at the foolishness within.
The more you see it, the more joy wells up.
Then you will naturally come to see that you were never meant to dwell in a world of suffering and struggle, but in a world overflowing with joy.
The world of consciousness has already prepared such a time.
Of course,
this will come
through the many phenomena
that will occur
across the entire Earth
and throughout the universe.
Through those various events,
a path will open gently before you—
a path on which
you can send gentle thoughts,
warmth and joy
to the self that has sunk
into the depths of suffering,
and can convey Truth.
Thoughts tied to the physical are not something you can cast aside just because you decide to.
You need not struggle to tear them off.
If you simply awaken to the Truth within, your heart will naturally become lighter.
And not only lighter— but firm in the true sense.
For it will be upheld by the joy and happiness of knowing your true form, your true longing.
This is an unshakable joy, a happiness that nothing can sway.
Your heart stands still— and at the same time stretches out freely, expanding without limit.
Within warm, warm softness, it expands without limit.
Such a heart is born from only one thing: knowing your true form, your true world.
This turning point will surely come, in time, to every single one of us.
Whether you can entrust yourself completely to that flow or not— this question will come before you again and again in the time ahead.
Though it was originally your own heart, you foolishly threw it far away.
Everything begins with realizing this.
And for that, the events that are to come will be of great help.
Joy and happiness were within yourself.
The energy coming now will urge you to turn your thoughts toward that self.
Please, everyone, while you still have a body, learn firmly.
Study yourself.
For that very purpose, we were born.
For that purpose, we took on bodies.
Treasure this lifetime and learn.
The choice is yours alone to make— and that is what I want above all to convey.
Value the time allotted to you.
Value the time during which you have a body.
When I think of what is to come, I cannot help but say so.
This is your own study.
Please, let that thought spread in your heart, and as long as your time in physical form allows, turn your heart inward.
Turn your heart toward yourself.
Yes— and let us gladly, gladly continue our meditations toward the universe.
I want you to feel, with your heart, how extraordinary it is to be able to know the universe.
As you come to feel the universe in your heart, you will surely sense how long, how foolishly long, you have repeated the same mistakes.
You do not need to move your brain.
Your heart alone will respond.
"I was wrong.
I was foolish—
truly foolish.
For such a long, long time you waited for me…"
Such feelings will come.
There is no logic in this at all.
They simply come,
straight into your heart.
Just admit honestly:
"I had become someone
who could no longer feel this."
Everything has been waiting.
The Mother's consciousness has been waiting.
And it will go on waiting.
Please turn your heart with a firm resolve to respond to that thought, no matter what.
While you have a body, please do your own learning.
For Black energy
to melt into one
with the energy that was originally there—
the warm, vast energy
that embraces everything—
its very quality must change.
As long as it remains Black, it will never blend.
This, I think, is easy to understand.
Water and oil always separate.
If you are to change that quality, you must first know that the energy now is Black.
No—before that, you must notice that energy is flowing from you, that you yourself are energy.
The means for this was "looking at your heart."
By looking back at what kind of heart you have used, you come to feel your own energy.
The quickest way to do this
was what was once done
at the seminar venues—
the so-called darkness-releasing phenomenon.
To those who have felt their own energy in their hearts through this, I say:
If you steadily continue doing the right meditation, the rest will reveal itself to your own heart.
If your self-evaluation is "Still not yet,"
then that is simply
your own laziness.
Now, what about those
who never experienced
that darkness-releasing phenomenon—
those who had not yet gathered
for this study at that time?
From what I have just said, you might feel that this learning is a little difficult, or unfair to you.
But I do not think so at all.
Experiencing that phenomenon was certainly very efficient for getting to know yourself.
However,
how you then use that experience
in the way you go on living—
this is a different matter.
In the end, everything comes down to the moment when you decide to face yourself head-on.
And that turning point comes equally, fairly, to everyone.
Those who experienced the darkness-releasing phenomenon, those who did not;
those who have gathered for this study in this life, those who have not—
to all of them, equally, the distribution of cataclysms is coming.
Within that, how will you come to know yourself?
The flow of consciousness has already reached that stage.
What will prove it is each person's inner world.
The coming time
in which each heart
will prove it for itself—
please welcome that time
with joy.
Turning your heart to the universe is joy.
I have told you this again and again.
And I will go on telling you only this.
Our awakening will call forth further awakenings.
Please, everyone, look at your heart.
Look at your heart and let us go forward together.
Consciousnesses without bodies are truly straightforward.
At an incomparably fast pace, they are turning their hearts toward us.
The universe will continue to send forth that joyful energy more and more.
I remember the words spoken by Tomekichi Taike:
"If you believe Tomekichi Taike and Albert 10, 10 units of love will flow.
If you only believe 1, only 1 unit of love will flow."
The world of consciousness is honest.
That is why it brings such joy.
