第二の人生を迎える今こそ、自分の人生をあらためて見つめ直す時です。
これまで仕事、家庭、子育て、介護などに心身を尽くして生きてきたが、本当に「自分は何のために生まれてきたのか」を深く問う時間は少なかった。
残された時間を、仕事や家族を通してではなく、自分自身の内側から人生を見つめるために使ってほしい。第二の人生とは、本当に自分のために生きる時間です。
The beginning of one's second life is a precious time to look back and reflect deeply on life. Until now, people may have devoted themselves to work, family, raising children, and caring for others, often without asking why they were truly born. Now, with more time and space, they are invited to reconsider the meaning of life, happiness, and what they were meant to do. This second life should be used not merely for work or family, but to begin seeing life from within oneself.
